Very odd motorcycle crash

Poor judgment to be worried about how secure your luggage is while trying to ride, even if it is a rattlesnake.

When I was in college, I used to ride a 650 Honda. On my way to college one day, I was worried if my luggage had been securely tied, and kept putting my hand back to check. One time, it wasn't there. I turned around to go find it. It was in the ditch, and the cases had just "exploded". My stuff was everywhere. I think the semi behind me had something to do with that.

I learned my lesson. Secure you luggage so you don't have to worry about it. Besides losing your luggage, it's not safe to worry about this when you have so many other things to pay attention to. It seems this rider has learned that lesson to, if he survives.

Guess if he had stopped off for a couple of beers before he actually started his ride he would have made it to where he was going just fine.
