Touring Europe

Has anyone been on the Southern Italy Tour through Edelweiss Co. My husband is thinking of taking this trip. I don't ride and wondered if there are things for a someone not riding to do. Also since he is going to already be there thought he could perhaps check out any other tours or countries. Ive been to Europe he has not. Want him to have a great experience. Any suggestions. It is the first option you listed (Southern Italy) touring center. He will be traveling from May 6th to the 13th.

His starting point is Lamezia Terme, loop to La Sila N.P., Loop to Tyrrhenian Sea, Monte Pollino, Capo Colonna, then on to Stilo. Thanks
