I've been trying to get the leads for an Intaride Evo for almost two months now from them. They seem to be missing my emails lately. I need the lead that comes from the control unit under the seat that comes out. It is not listed on their web site. Their first email back said they would get me a price the next day. A while later after trying back again I got a big apology and an offer to send me one for free. Great, but now no word from them since then.
Is there an American distributor for Intaride? I originally ordered from their website and it came from England. Any one have any other ideas where I could get a cable or two. Also I now need both the rider and passenger one since the other cable started acting up on my last trip.

Thanks Deacon,
I didn't see the USA site before, but my emails went to sales@wirelessbiker, which looks to be the US distributor. Somebody named Spike. Now I see a phone number. I'll try that tomorrow.
Thanks again.

Yeah, Dale,
"Spike" contacted me when he first started "handling" the Intaride. I haven't had occasion to deal with him ... but he did seem to be on the up-n-up...
Let me know how it turns out.

Just to follow up on this. Spike is the American Distributor of Intaride Intercoms. His website is http://www.intarideusa.com/ I called him and he explained that the connector which I thought was plastic was simply covered with a heat shrink wrapping. After cutting this stuff off I was able to get into the connectors and fix my problems. I did still need a headset. The website did not work for me to order so I called him again and got the headset quickly and efficiently. If using Intaride, I recommend calling. He is a nice guy, and was very busy when I was trying to get this fixed, but his response to emails was lacking. I got quick results after phoning.
