would anyone know how I can change my log-in name? I am getting no help from administrator.

My guess is that you prolly can't change it, butt you can (re-)register as if you're just joining new. There isn't much/any info in your bio form on this site, so by registering new, you shouldn't lose anythang --- might even provide the opportunity to include some personal info. HTH.
