Just noticed in the latest issue of Cycle World an advertisement for a BMW branded Zumo GPS, list price $995. Has anyone had any experience with this unit? It looks as though it fits the NAV III mount on the stingray, which is going to make me real sorry I parted with the bucks for a NAV III.

It may fit on the mount but I don't think it will work with the VOICE II or use the same cables that your bike is wired for.

Just noticed that there is one for sale in the "Classifieds" that someone is asking $500 for! Says that the only difference between this one and the straight Garmin model is that the XM Radio feature is disabled on the BMW model.

I also have an 07 LT and I contacted Southsound BMW about this model. The parts person didn't think this was a direct hookup with the current LT wiring. You might check with them yourself. Perhaps they have had the opportunity by now to install one on an LT.

I have the 550 model and it's exactly as the BMW one, without the XM though. The XM will connect thru it, but for $200 less and just wiring it in was worth the savings.
