clutch handle adjuster question

Since I just had the clutch replaced I want to understand. The clutch handle adjusts. When it is adjusted to the shortest pull does the "plunger" move less than the longer ajustment? On short setting does the clutch plate release less?

The handle adjustment has nothing to do with the clutch movement. It is just an adjustment to best fit YOUR hand.

The clutch moves the same distance regardless of your hand setting.
