Hey, anybody out there have any experience with BMW City Pants?
I've read some good stuff about them and some not so good. I realize they're no substitute for full on riding gear but, from time to time, we've all ridden in jeans. I'm looking to add some of these pants for the occasional short ride. The sizing seems to be thought up by Aliens so I ordered an XL and XXL.
Any thoughts or opinions?

I have the BMW City Pants and can't say enough good things about them. They quickly became my primary riding pants. They fit perfectly, have very good knee protection and hip pads, no pockets in the back, adjustable waist with belt, plenty of pockets in the front, adjustable at boot level. I have a size large and they are perfect. I am 5' 11", 35" waist, 32" inseam. Hope this helps.

OK as riding pants but not as comfortable as jeans (including riding jeans)

I bought the cover pants this Fall for a trip from Minnesota down to Ozarks and back.....They were perfect!! On the way home we went through torrental downpour for the last 175 miles! They kept me perfectly dry!!!
I highly recommend!!
