Hi-

Amature photographer here. I am still working with the AUTO mode on, but here is the camera info. Nikon D70S with AF-S Nikkor 18-70mm 1:3.5-4.5G lense.

I rented an F-650CS for 2 weeks and took quite a few pics. Here are some for everyone to enjoy.

I have quickly selected a few pics. Not the best of the bunch, but something small to show.

MAN, I *HATE* you! Bringing back all those memories, tastes, and smells.

ONE day, ONE DAY, I am going to retire there.

Great pics - brought back some very happy memories from riding there about 10 years ago. Don't you just love those rough roads along the cliffs with no barriers next to a 100' sheer drop into the sea? :D

Now I've got SWMBO wanting to go back next summer, although I think May might be better (not so hot).

Thanks again.

Steve-

The pictures are taken on the island of Crete which is the South portion of Greece. I have some info on the rental company - he even gave me his cell phone to call on off season for rentals - but I am not home right now and its not handy.

Basically, the BMW F650-CS ( he has 2 available ) cost me 105 euros per week. Believe me, this is an excellent price because I went around to look for BMW's and I could not find any.

A lot of K1200GS's around but noone is renting any. I will post many more pictures soon but I did not think you guys would be interested. I took about 2000 pictures for those 2 weeks there.
