The BMW positive battery terminal cover will not fit the Odyssey PC680 battery. What are people using to cover the positive terminal?

None when I had my 2000 LT. I added the adapter bracket which allowed for more items to be attched to the battery. Adapter bracket can be bought from www.dallasmotorcycles.com

I got that part, as a matter of fact, I'm installed & running. My curiousity was though say I installed one of your intercom systems, from what I've seen on this site, it sits on top of the battery?
By the way, how do you like your new steed??? Are there options for bags so you can still travel on the "R"?

Thanks Raffy

Well if you do the bracket, you'll need to move the Baehr unit under the rear seat (over the left saddlebag area. Flip the Baehr upside down to allow for the cables to be routed) and use an extension cable for the rider. Everything else will be fine.

I see you are into IPSC :)

I see you are into IPSC :)

That's what we need, is a ride to shoot!

Wish i were still amember of the rifle club in fl that was one sweet range for action shooting!

I'm getting too old & fat for IPSC, so it's mainly IDPA & SASS, don't have to run & shoot through barrels w/ those sports! You didn't mention about your new motorcycle?

Oops! Sorry. Yes there are options and I already have the saddlebags as well as the tank bag and tail bag. Here is a picture of my new steed.

It's the best handling bike I have ridden.

Thank you. That picture has the low seat on it. Swapped it out to the high seat after a short ride.

RAFFY!!!

The last time we meet in WCR "1" you and I were about the same size. I rode the K-S for about an hour and I was sore.

Are you going to be able to take the new ride on any long trips? Is the old Black Stead gone to the glue factory?

Looks Great though!!!

Best of Luck

Thanks.

Have done 290 miles in one day already. I think the most I could do in a day would be about 700 miles as long as I am on the interstate. Throw in twisties and I think that number would be a lot less.
