Seven days prior to 'Black Friday', I installed a new Call Center application for one of the largest online watch vendors. Needless to say, on Black Friday, I was onsight to make sure their new call center ran smoothly. Not one, single glitch. Woohoo!

Me too!! 7 AM flight, that means 4:30 get up time, to Washington Dulles to spend two really long days at the Department of Homeland Security. Sheesh!!! :(
