Hi Friends,

Well, the winter off-season is just about on us here in Oklahoma.

Probably won't ride in Jan-Feb and probably not much in Dec or March either.

So I'm gonna tear Lola down and do the annual myself. Already did the Oil changes and I'll do the Brake and clutch fluids when I have her appart. New Plugs and air filter... etc...

But I really think I want to paint her also... I'm still looking for THAT color...

I just havent found the one that speaks to me yet.. I saw a Yellow GW the other day and even though i don't really like yellow, you could sure see it coming for a half a mile away...But I'm not gonna paint her yellow...

If anyone has a pic of the coolest color... Let me in on it...It might need to be a "fast" color as well...

I always thought the LT would look great in Pearl White. Would be very classy.

An aquaintance of mine just painted a Kaw ZX-12R...fast enough? :D

I kinda like the idea of full stealth flat black, wheels too. I think with the lines on this bike it would look... well... stealthy!

There was some previous discussion on painting an LT with that spray-on bed liner material. That would make it sort of an Urban Assault Vehicle. Come to think of it, I think that might work better with a K12R now. Raffy? Billy? Anyone?

That's interesting.. black on black...
I'm kind of over my Urban Assault Vehicle stage. Besides if I was going to do that I'd do it with my RV.It's just waiting for a facelift too. But I think I'm just gonna sell it off since I haven't used it in a few years.....but I digress....Colors Colors Colors......

I saw a beautiful 'pearl white 'HD Custom' down in Myrtle Beach last spring. Pearl white with pin-stripping LT; ahhh... a dream machine!!

That's a nice red as well.
Maybe red on the tupperware and the lower parts all blacked out with black rims and black forks below the front fender.. Red LED's along the line between red and black..

At night it would look like it was floating above the road...
