My wife and I just got back from a 5700 mile trip and we used the Motorcycle Travel Network 8 times. Great experience. The hosts were all very nice people and we had a wonderful time meeting new friends along the route. We had some fun outrunning a storm from Duluth back down to Omaha but the fall colors up north were great. FL to TN to NE to SD to MN to WI and even more zigs on the way back. Tried to stay back roads most of the time so WANDRR could have some fun. Scott and Christy have a winner with the MTN.

I'd be interested in hearing more opinions & experiences about the network. My kids will soon be on their own and I'll have extra room, maybe I'd get involved in this.

Go to motorcycle-travel.net. The couple who run it are very nice. We have had only very good experiences using the MTN. The people all have motorcycle travel as a common thread. The conversation just goes from there. All the places that we have stayed were as advertised and the people have been very friendly. We rode 550 miles on our way to a couple near Lincoln, NE and when we got there went for a dinner ride with their riding group, the Bear Creek MC. Wonderful people, many new friends, and a very nice way to end a great riding day. Tell them that Greg and Melanie (WANDRR) sent you.
