I'm new to bike comm systems and just installed an Intaride unit.
What do you guys do with the various connecting cords when they are not being used....for example the cell phone cord. That cord is a straight cord and it needs to be long enough for me to hook up the cell phone and put it somewhere (pocket, tank bag, etc.) but the excess cord is a pain if left to hang loose.
Do you tie wrap the thing up when not in use? Also what about these plugs hanging out in the rain and weather? Do they need protection? (yeah I know...carry a gun)
