I am in the process of 'liquidating' an record collection. Most if not all the records have hardly been played some have never been played (still in the original wrapper) 99% are in a exquisite no scratches state.
Since this is going to happen over the course over the next weeks (as time allows) and I don;t want to spam the forum every time one of the records comes up on e-bay, if someone is interested in the information if and when something is going up, please send me a short note. I'll send you and email then every time I put a new one up.
EDIT: Forgot to state: NONE of the records is younger than 20 years, most of them are at least 30 years and some go back into the 50's and 40's

I don't have a list yet, but I can keep you informed as the records are being put up. The way I am going to handle this is to make ONE high quality recoding of the records, so that I can show a potential buyer what they get and how good or not the records are.
As I said, if you are interested send me a PM with the email address where you want to be notified.
As a bonus, if one of the buyers wants to get it digitized and professionally cleaned(The sound file that is, I would never try to clean the record) I can do that too.

I know a guy. He's my sister's old boyfriend who lives just down the road from me. His name is "Rockin' Bob" Beltz, on his business card anyway. Bob has been in the vinyl business for over 25 years. His collection of records is huge and he goes to "meets" up an down the coast every month. He's looked at a box of my old albums. Nothing worth too much, used and abused mostly. I do know that it only takes one album in a collection to make some fun cash. Again, he would probably need a list. I'll check to see if he has a web site.

Hi Andy
I clean every new, and new to me before I'll let my stylus get into the grove on a Licorice Pizza--ya never know what is in that grove!
I love Rounder, Alligator, Windam Hill, Japan pressings of 60-70s rock, and Harmonia Mundi.
I've got some Siemens E188CCs from the 60s en route. Once they are here, I'll start going thru my Classical stuff.

Sorry, do not have a list, will not get a list. What I will get is some boxes of 33's 45's and 78's some almost new, some completely new (never opened) and some trash. I will not offer the trash for sale, but the ones that are in very good or excellent shape will go up on ebay as I get to them, can make some listening samples and get the auctions up. If interested send me an email address and I will inform the list of folks who express interest if and when a new collection/record/album goes up.
The first one is up, but I am not even going to post the link unless someone expresses interest, and then they will get the link in email. (No spam here)
