Photo interpretation skills lacking

So I'm paging through the October issue of the Owner's News and I run across a picture that I just don't get. On page 135 there is a photo of a young lady washing her bike. The part I'm having trouble figuring out is: What is that in the background above her right hand mirror? Thoughts? Comments? Suggestions?

Ok you guys it is NOT what you think it is. That is the right side of some ones neck and his right shoulder. If you look closely at the far right you can see the bottom of an ear (I hope). Thats my story and I'm sticken to it.

Ok....I can see that....a bald headed guy wearing a tank top. Told ya my photo interpretation needed some help.

But...I wasn't the only one that saw what I thought it was.
