We are offering a special on OHLINS shock rebuild.

This is ONLY for Ohlins shocks.

First let me tell you about us, we are the largest Ohlins dealer in the world, we are an Ohlins Certified Service Center.

We have the parts in stock to rebuild most Ohlins shocks.

We have 2 of the Ohlins vacuum-pressure fill machines, these are needed to insure proper filling and bleeding of the shocks.

Very few shops have these, that means they cost a lot.

On to the costs.

There are Four basic types of Ohlins shocks. The costs to rebuild the different types is different. These different types are shown as a letter in the “type” of shock. Here are some examples.

36E

46DR

46PRC

46HRCSL

The first letter after the number is the “type” of shock.

E= Emulsion type

D= Monotube High pressure Gas Type with internal reservoir in the main body

P= Monotube High pressure gas type with external “piggyback” reservoir

H= Monotube High pressure gas type with hose mounted external reservoir. Note this is not the same hose as the external hydraulic spring preload adjuster.

Rebuild costs prices shown are for EACH shock.

Type “E” $75.00 plus shipping shipping on all shock within the 48 states is $20 for a single shock and $30 for a pair of shocks.

Type “D” $150.00 plus shipping

Type “P” $100.00 plus shipping

Type “H” $100.00 plus shipping

The rebuild consists of cleaning external parts of shock, disassembly of the shock, cleaning the internals, reassembly, refilling oil, recharging the high pressure gas. Turnaround is 48 hours.

You may need more than that, if you have leaking seals, damaged parts, worn out parts, there will be additional parts and labor costs.

We recommend replacing the seals at 30,000 miles even if they are not leaking.

The K1200S uses Ohlins shocks, part number BM445 and BM446, your price on the pair of shocks is $1447, they retail for $1809.

On the K1200LT, both the front and rear are type shocks "D" $150 per shock to rebuild.
