From the what the f@#k file. Another example of our society going down the tubes?

An elderly man was struck by a hit-and-run driver and as he lay dying, thieves made off with his groceries. (http://www.kpho.com/news/14259396/detail.html)

I am continually amazed by the actions of some people.

A number of years ago I read a story very similar to this where a woman was hit at a bus stop by a hit and run driver. The police had a difficult time identifying her because someone stole her purse while she lay injured on the ground.

The hit & run guy is pretty low, but the slimey bastards that stole the poor guy's groceries make him, well, not so bad. It's becoming a mighty f'd up world. :(

Not to worry: These people will be held accountable and will get what they deserve.

As you can see even a good Samaritan had his groceries stolen as well.

It just so happens that this area is largely populated by very low income individuals from the area to the south of us. You know Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, etc.

Low income has nothing to do with stealing.

What has happened to this Country is we have allowed a few liberals to remove God from our schools and from our governments.

Gives new meaning to the old, "if you don't like the way I drive, stay off the sidewalk......"

Actually, "they" seem like they will blend in just perfectly.....and we're already making excuses for them!

Rob, once upon a time, I was a very low income person also. Funny how driving on the sidewalk and stealing a dying man's groceries never crossed my mind! Oh, that's right: this is the "new" Amerika.

With that said, we live in one nation under God, and God should be in our schools and our daily lives.

No doubt the Swiftboat people will soon publish photos of Hillary scurrying in the gutter, stealing the man's groceries.

Jeeesh.

So, it is your contention that none of the people who at the accident were christians?
I say this because we all know that a christian would never steal those grocerice and they all would have rushed to help him. That is, after all, one of the tennents of the christian sects. Or are you postulating that they were christains but because the 'bad' people have taken god out of our schools and such they no longer have the spiritual drive to do what's right?

I can't see Hillary doing that. But I can see her making excuses for them! BTW, I've counseled those "swiftboat" people on dirty journalism before.

Ok all, what I was actually trying to tell you is that, kity corner from where this occurred is a new market that's geared to cater to the hispanics in the area. This is a "high crime" area and as I have worked those types of area's for over 33 years I think I know a "high crime" area when I see one. Also, in this specific area I have supervised individuals on probation for various offenses. This area also attracts many illegal aliens. Now I am not saying all hispanics and illegals are criminals there are lots of law abiding, moralistic hispanics and whites and blacks and native americans that live in the area. But it is also is an area that has lots of illegal drug offenses occurring.

Ironically, three blocks away is the Mesa Mormon Temple and across the street from the Temple is a city park called Pioneer Park, 20-30 years ago a nice place to take the family. Not now, however, lots of drug dealing, homeless, alcoholics, etc.

Just trying to give a perspective of the demographics of the crime scene. Yes I know lots of poor honest law abiding people.

It can be hard sometimes to understand a person's mood, especially if you have never met them in person to know their mannerisms by just reading words. As one who likes to hear the facts, all the facts, I know that media can change the way a whole story reads, so I was trying to let you all know more facts.

Carry on guys
