Only had a week so I flew into Jackson Hole, rented a 2004 LT and headed out thru Tetons and Yellowstone to Beartooth Pass and back by way of Chief Joseph Scenic Hiway and Cody.
Hit perfect riding weather and fall color with first snow on peaks.
I've never been lucky timing fall color back East so this was treat for me.
Camera used: Canon 5D with 16-35 L and 135 f2.0.

:
BTW: Where do you rent an LT in that area and what were the costs?
Thanks

Thanks guys.
I rented the LT from here: http://www.jhrr.com/rates.html
They had 2 LTs, GSs, RT and bunch of Harleys.
I brought my own helmet etc. but they had a room of helmets and gear if you needed.
Pricing is on link page. $130 per day
Everyone (3) I dealt with were nice and all went smooth.
A little more photo info.
I returned to those same Teton spots, 3 days in a row waiting for the fall color to get peak and then sat a few hours waiting for sun light to break thru clouds.
The Beartooth shot is one with LT in it.
Verticle shot of aspens in on Wilson to Moose road in Tetons. A bull moose and momma moose were in a small lake on that road 3 days in a row.
No hiking involved in any of shots, all at pull offs.
No tripod was used but I always use one for low light shots.
I 've been through Tetons and Yellowstone photographing several times but this time things came together best.

Beautiful!
I wanted to head to BearTooth, but was nervous about getting caught in some weather so I headed west instead - no regrets.
Your pics convince me to make BT the top of my list next time I get an extended kitchen pass - hopefully late next summer....
Thanks for sharing....

Mick, these look like superb shots. Any chance you can post them in larger size? I'd go a minimum of 800 or even 1024 pixels wide. The 640x480 size really doesn't do them justice.
Cheers,
