LT Sighting

I was heading towards Newport News on the Monitor-Merrimac Tunnel and there was a 05 or 06 In Blue with Zenon lights just coming out of the Tunnel Heading towards Suffolk....nice to see ya!!!! Mine was Black 03...Mikey
