This is my first post.

I bought a used 2000 k1200lt 3 years ago, the first bike we have had since before kids. Since then we have put about 20,000 miles on the bike and loved every minute of it.

So here is my question: We are starting to think about getting some better riding gear, like, Aerostich. We would like to try things on before we buy. I'm in Southern Oregon, but we are headed out on a 9 day trip through California next week. Can anyone reccomend a store in that state that has a variety of good quality gear in stock? Specifically it would be nice to find a place in Northern California.

Do most of you buy off the internet, or do you go into a store and try it on first?

A&S BMW in Roseville just northeast of Sacramento has a wide variety of BMW and Olympia riding gear. Large store with fitting rooms and no pressure to buy.

I would highly recommend trying things on first as it sometimes seems that different manufactorers use different sizing charts.

They don't stock Aerostitch but do have a good selection of things to try on

If I go to a dealer to try it on, and if it fits, I buy it then and there. My time traversing the internet and dealing with returns doesn't make the purchase that much less expensive.
But that's just me.

Have fun,
