Is it possible?

I have a motorhead friend who has a 540cc 2 stroke quad and claims it has 204HP at the rear wheels and only weighs 300 pounds. He is a very believeable guy and never known him to fib before. Is it possible to get that much HP out of a 540cc 2 stroke engine?

I believe that Formula 1 bikes, when they were 500 cc two-strokes, made close to 200 horsepower. But they were million-dollar one-offs developed by teams of engineers. Seems unlikely to me that some guy could produce that kind of performance in his garage.
