I have used solid hiking boots with Vibram soles since owning the LT on the thought of maximum grip when putting my foot down(to avoid having to pick her up). In the rain it just doesn't seem to work out so well.
This being said; suggestions on high traction MC friendly boots...most the ones I've seen don't look like they have much grip?

Thanks-
Mike

for boots is www.altberg.co.uk - not the cheapest especially with the exchange rate but the quality and service is top notch.

Had the same problem and would come near dropping it on pea gravel, etc. Friend suggested and I purchased Harley Davis boots. Great! Virtually eliminated the slippage, etc.
