Composed by a criminal idiot on the hunt for even bigger idiots. Only way to deal with them is to lead them on, and sucker them in wasting resources on you. Ask them to mail all kinds of things to you at a fictitious PO box, and then claim you never received them.

Just don't ever reveal your address, phone # or bank account to them.
