My Garmin remote's getting dusty!

I've owned my Garmin 2610 for about 8 months now. I don't leave home without it. I use it on my LT, my Ninja, and in both cages. But I really haven't found a need to use the remote...how about you? I like a few of the features on the thing...just haven't found a good way to use it on the LT. Anybody have their remote mounted on the LT somewhere? Or should I just sell the thing on eBay?

I keep mine in the radio compartment & use it all the time, when I'm at a fuel stop to check out poi's &/or waypoints, or if I want to change a route, etc. I find using the remote to guide me through the map features is quicker than the cradle buttons or touch screen.

I just started doing the same with my remote. I never used it all summer but until about a month ago. I fine it hander and faster to use than the touch screen except when moving, which you should not do.
