Excellent Service. The techs are always willing to give quick help for minor issues.
Showroom people are knowledgable (also most ride) and the parts guy knows everything and has solutions for anything--trust me.
I dropped my bike off on a Saturday for the 36k service and they finished it for me to leave on a trip that weekend. They even delivered the bike 60 miles back to my house.
They are wroking hard to make the dealewrship a place for the BMW crowd to hang out and it's fun just to stop in.
Top notch service, people, and prices. They will probably run everybody else selling BMW's out of town or they tohers will be forced to improve their service and treatment of the BMW crowd. Seems like a win/win for the riders.
