In case you are planning a late season ride in Glacier, the Going to The Sun Road will close for the season at 10:00PM on Sunday 9/16. They are closing it a few weeks early to repair the storm damage from the flood last fall, and get a jump on the pre-planned repairs on other sections. Don't like that much, but the road does need the attention!
