Ilium Floorboards or Suburban Pegs?

I'm buying a new RT and trying to decide whether to add the Ilium floorboards or Suburban peg lowering kit. It seems the floorboards might provide more forward foot position in addition to the lowered position. It also seems they might both scrape with hard cornering.

Any advice?? Thanks.
