I get to ride the bike to work today. Unlike last year which was 4-5 times a week, now it's more like once a week.
Park it in assigned free bike parking spaces on the street. The spots are narrow. They could have put one less spot and made them a bit wider. I pick a spot that has no bikes on either side. last week I passed one empty spot available because I did not want to force my bike in between two bikes knowing that I would hit one of the bikes or knock my mirrors off.
So I go check on the bike (bike has half cover on it to hide the electronics), All the spots are filled. To my left is red and silver K12RS (just like the one I had), to my right is a VFR. My right mirror is knocked off but hanging. No note etc. Seems the VFR rider pulled their mirrors in after they knocked mine off.
I won't park there again. Shame it's just accross the street from where I work.
