Remus exhaust on a 1999?

I am interested in buying a Remus exhaust but a site I found lists 2000 on?

Is it a fitment issue or is it a Motronic issue.

Can it be used or is this a real problem for a 1999?

Anyone out there had a Remus on a 1999. the unit in question is the Titanium street off of a 2002.

I would rather start this thread instead of a thread that starts with

"I just bought a Remus exhaust for my 1999 and it won't......"

answer is I have 99 with a remus.

It will fit with no issues. As for the motronic, the Rhinewest chip setup is different for the earlier models, but available. The Remus wont really do you any good without the Rhinewest chip IMHO.

( or it just seems that way, because my LT is the fastest in these parts, LOL)
