Y'all have fun at CCR we might see some on the road, we leave today for our next trip of this year.
WE have made Las Vegas on one, Texas on another and the last was Chicago and wwisconsin taking route 66 on the way home to springfield.

We start this one out headed to FL for the grandsons 1st B-day which also happens to be the wifes B-day as well (yea she loves that part!), from there we head north I was thinking Michigan then west, but we just may go right to Minnesota then across North Dakota to Glacier NP.

I got a good report last night of the fires so we are a go for that.
Then on to N.W. Washington state, south down the coast through the redwoods, take more in of California's coast line, take in Yosemite for a day or three maybe.

Who knows from there maybe the grand stair case north rim of rthe grand canyon(been tot eh south end never the nroth rim)
we have no deadline to make, ok ok we do we need to be back here by the 5th at the latest

Anyhow we look forward to a heck of a trip, this is a full vacation some sight seeing, seeing old friends and family along the travels.
Should be a great time as Karen has never been able to be gone this long at one time

This will also add Minnesota and North Dakota to my travels and will only leave me Vermont, Alaska and Hawaii to have traveled by motorcycle though.

So who wants to meet us in Alaska next year?

<grin>

Tom

see ya!

Hey Tom,
If you and Karen need anything near the Chicago area, you know where I live. Thanks to you I'm now a GPS user and I know that you'll find some awesome routes on this venture. Best of luck and fine riding weather.
Have fun,
Jer

Sounds like a great trip although maybe a little ambitious. Me thinks your gona do more riding than sightseeing if you cover all that territory in a little less than 4 weeks. Oh, that's right, I forgot ya'll are young'ns and not old and frail like me. Have a great one and may the weather gods be good to you.
