A quick gearbox question please

I am in need of a used gearbox for my '99 LT. Is the RS gearbox the same?

beemerboneyard.com does not have any 1200LT gearboxes but they do have an RS gearbox.

Don't believe the RS gearbox has reverse and that would make it different.

I have bought a few K1200LT items from deepsixauctions through ebay.
He has quite an extensive inventory and his prices are reasonable.
