David - ya ain't gonna believe this, butt Boerne only got *maybe* a quarter inch yestiday. In places! I stood in my front yard, contemplating whether to mow, or not, and watched a downpour out in the county that obliterated seeing anythang beyond it. Crazy stuff, indeed. Glad you got thru the mess.

Oh yeah, and if you were in S.A. today, you'd had a repeat of yestiday. One news report said deep north S.A. wuz getting a 4" an hour dump around 3:30 this afternoon, and my windshield wipers on ole Blue Truck here in Boerne were on intermittent!!

Best.

Hey David,

Glad you made it home and I can guess the rain was the only thing you had to contend with. No rampaging critters? How did the night riding go?

Yeah as I was coming into Boerne from the west(I-10) I thought I was going to miss it but as traffic slowed/stopped so did my window of opportunity.

Hey Jerry, I thought better of it and just sucked it up and rode during the day and got lucky as the temps were pretty mild(95-105)........But it was dry heat right? 6500 miles in 10 days 2-up....Great ride!!!

Hey Grif,
I wouldn't reccommend him to build your Ark

In all seriousness being a northerner, how much above normal is your rainfall this year? Keep seeing on the news that parts of Texas keep getting washed into the Gulf. This keeps up your state will be smaller than Rhode Island :)

Hey, Roy - Grif's area, which is 30-40 miles east of me, has more rainfall now than they did all of last year. Same thang for here in Boerne, and we're at 37"+ so far - Grif has had more.

Keeps this up, I'm gonna have to git the paw print gang on some stilts, to take care of 'bidness'!!! Three squatters and a leg-raiser, and I think the squatters are learnin' how to 'hike it'!!! :D

It's raining right now. I just talked to Sandar the mag, it's been purdy down at Port A, but the clouds are rolling in. She said they don't care, there's nada that can't be fixed with Absolute.

I think someone prayed too hard during the drought.

I wish we could find out who it was, I sure could use some help with a few things.
