How to secure Baehr Ultima XL under seat

Hey guys,

I've got a Baehr Ultima XL intercom that I plan to install under the passenger seat. Has anyone found or fabricated a flat base bracket that would attach to the curved wheel well and serve as a solid secure base on which to velcro the intercom?

Under the seat in the space between the saddlebag back and the sub-frame tube.

That's where most of us have installed the Baehr units (K1200LT and UltimaXL).
