Cool:cool:

Good selection of background music..

Question: Was the LT made for the Skyway or was the Skyway build for the LT?

Still some snow at mile marker 10 and 11 I see...

Take care, Happy Holidays...

Nice video with no visible camera shake. What kind of setup/mounting/camera system are you using?

Joe,
It's a Sony miniDV digital camcorder model DCR-TRV22. I bought 2 years ago. It's got SteadyShot technology that really eliminates the shakes. The setup is a camera mount from RAM mounts. There is a link to them on the accessories page . Raffy is a dealer too, I think

Nice job...did you dub the music in later, or was it playing through your speakers at the time?

It was dubbed in later, although at times it's in my speakers.

Doug, any way you could post a picture of what the camera & mount looks like when it's installed on the bike? What software did you use to splice in the audio?

Bob, I used Microsoft Moviemaker to put it together. I'm working on getting a photo of the setup. Give me til tomorrow night, I should have one by then, hopefully.

Here are some shots of the setup.

I made a safety strap with some nylon and velcro, just in case the mount ever failed.

The only thing I would change is to use a longer arm because the camera blocks some of your view of the left mirror or use the clutch reservoir cover base instead of the base that I have.

By the way, I looked at the RAM mount website and could not find the base that I'm using anymore. They may still sell it. I just couldn't find it.

Doug,

I just caught your video. Man I sat at my PC with a giant smile from ear to ear watching it! Great footage and music. If it wasn't 11pm right now I'd jump on my LT and go for a ride up the North GA mountains...

Thanks for the ride,
Marc
