Well this may be the solution, if you could take a couple days off with the wife (SO) and head to Missouri for our Curve Cowboy Reunion. There you can see, talk, ask, compare, get to know, get many opinions, no salesperson, vendors, accessories and touring equipment galore.
Plus you and your companion can enjoy the entertainment and fun plus all the amenities that Tan Tara A resort has to offer.
So, bottom line, combine a vacation with looking for that BMW Touring bike that fits your needs, you don't have to own a bike to attend, but next year I can guarantee you will return on your own BMW touring bike. BTW, each year we move CCR to a different resort and different part of the USA.
