I think Carlin had the right idea...All cars should have cell phones...and your license plate is your phone number.

I just drive at 10 under in the truck for miles at a time.
Then if they are really blowing the horn or something, I wait till traffic comes to a stop and they are to close to me to get around. Then I put it in park and pop the hood, have me a nice cool drink. If the law pulls up I just reach in wiggle something thats makes my fingers dirty and say, think that will do it, get in and start it up :D .
