RIDE!!!

OK, you made that new friend, met up with that old one, installed that new farkle, and went to the tech session and figured out just why red Locktite is the most tastiest (Grif, I'll let you handle that one :D ). Now you just might want to go for a little spin on your bike to enjoy the area, take in the scenery, and just maybe rub a little more of the chicken strips off your tires. :thumb: Below are a couple of links to some good riding roads, most of them within an easy round trip of Tan-Tar-A.

And while you're out riding around, you may as well go in search of some good BBQ (hey, it is the south)! Here's a couple more links to some BBQ joints. Not all of them are around these ridiing roads, but some of them are, and, well, you KNOW you gotta eat! And what's more fun on a motorcycles than taking a nice ride while looking for a blessed haven of smoked meats?? :yeah:

It's gonna be a blast!

As part of a day ride from the Tan-Tar-A Resort is a rollercoaster of a road calls MO 125. It starts on the southern border of Missouri at the Peel-Protem ferry across Bull Shoals Lake and heads north up to US 60 near Ozark and Springfield. It ends pretty darn close to Lambert's in Ozark, MO (home of the original "throwed rolls").

MO 125 offers plenty of thrills on the hundreds of perfectly cambered curves -- someone in the highway department gets an A+ for building a road with the right amount of fun factor.

I am not registering until I get shocks!

My OE has 43K and there are way past being done!

Now somebody tell about where to get a good set of shocks.

What a great resource! Thanks D! Never even knew that website existed... now I REALLY want to retire earlier than 65. Say, 44?

See you all on the roads!
