Since the computer keeps telling me I don't post enough, thought I would relate my recent tale.
On June 2 just as I started to go to a breakfast RTE, it started to rain--so back into the garage. Then later about 10:00--sunshine. So I remembered the ROT in Austin and left home to go to the ROT. What a zoo, and I was the one being stared at. Full gear with and gloves. Took an hour riding about 3 mph around the grounds just to get a place to park. Walked around for about an hour, then tried to leave the grounds--another hour. Then when I got off the grounds, traffic was backed up and stopped. Another hour stopped or barely moving. Did I mention that it was hot--high 90s.
I was wearing a new MOTOPORT mesh jacket and a cotton polo shirt and jeans.
When I finally got home, decided to set in the hot tub with the jets and epson salts for my sore muscles.
Tuesday night, I started to break out all over my upper body and arms-small 1/4 inch red spots. Looked scarey. We were in CA for a vacation for 10 days. The rash was almost gone when we got back home. Still have a few scars on the arms where I could scratch.
Guess the lesson in all of this is don't use a hot bath to cool down. My body must have been very upset with me.
