In Search Of...........

OK I'm taking the plunge-after well over a year w/no avatar Mona and I
are heading out in the Audi (rain) to capture the rare and elusive shot to end
my lack of expression. Mona, who likes to drive (fast) will take many of the more exciting roads with me as the pillion. we have spotted the avatar twice and think we have a good shot at capturing it today.

Sometimes getting an avatar can be death defying, so be careful.

I thought Sandar the mag was gonna kill me when she first saw mine, but all was well when I explained to her that they were only nekid from the waist down.

Well heres the update:
I was jesting about the difficultly of finding my avatar....sort of.
At the top of OH RT 555 there WAS a sign that exhibited how hilly and twisty 555 is. The sign depicted a semi split in half with lightning bolts shotting out of the broken part.

GOOD NEWS- 555 is freshly paved and nice as h999.

BAD NEWS-Went 90 miles one way for the pic and I think the construction workers stole the sign !!!!!


But a newly paved rt 555 deserves a run by all that can !!!!
Think REAL twisty- hilly and smooth!!

It seems to say...if you attempt to pass this stretch in a semi it WILL break on a blind summit-never seen a semi on it though, I think it would look worse than the Killboy shots!!
