Ok, I know this is gross, but I feel obligated to offer.

I just purchased 2 pairs of UnderArmour white long boxer jock shorts. I wore one pair for one 500 mile ride. I won't wear them again. I heard the flat seams etc were great. Not on my skinny a$$.

So, I have one brand new pair, out of the package never worn and one slightly used but properly laundered pair available. - Size Large.

Otherwise they are going in the trash. I would have got the boxers but they weren't available at our Dicks.

I normally wouldn't even post this but these things are worth $40 for the pair.

PM me if not too squeamish and they're on their way - no charge.

John,

I too looked at the under armour and was afraid of the tiny seams as well.

I just tried a day long trip with a "Bodz" pair of underware sold by hadsales (www.hadsales.com (http://www.hadsales.com/)). They have one seam on the side, completely smoooooth on the bottom, and WOW were they great. It was 98 degrees out and everytime I stood in the pegs the temp on my backside dropped 20 degrees - great wicking action. I have been using their "Sokz" as well.

P.S. Same price as well.

Thanks for the tips John,

I wear regular briefs, but for riding looks like silk boxers is the way to go for me. Then a pair of Under Armour training shorts then the gear. Works well for me. Also, the Under Armour baseball socks work all year round as well. Very comfy.

Hey John,

You should have gone with the UA Long Compression Shorts (only $30). ;)

Thanks Jerry, but no, none of that compression stuff works for me, too confining and doesn't seem to ventilate as well as boxers.
