The Hard 8 location in Coppell opened today. Barely a mile from la casa, I had to go there to eat today. In addition to the great Q, I enjoyed the company of BeemerRiderBob and PeteVanDyke. The margarita I had wasn't too bad either (Pete drove me home).
Food was great, certainly as good as the Stephenville outlet, and the A/C worked well. Plenty of seating inside and out (did I mention the A/C inside?).
Definitely worth a repeat visit. If you're headed there, ping me and maybe we can meet up.
