I have the CQLight HID kit from the earlier group buy waiting to be installed at my next service. Today I blew my low beam bulb. I only have 1000 miles before my next service will be due. I read someone post that they were having noise on their FM modulated XM radio after they installed the HID kit.
I would hate to pay someone to install this HID kit and then realize that it produces noise and have to pay them to uninstall it. If I have to choose between XM and HID, I will choose XM because I rarely drive at night.
I would like to hear from anyone and everyone that has installed the HID kit and uses a FM modulator to play XM or IPOD thru their factory radio. If I don't hear something soon the HID kit will be for sale.
