Great! Let's get a dinner ride together as soon as possible. Meat is good for the waistline. High protein and low carbs, so eat up!

That is bbq'd. The fire is in a seperate firebox hanging off the opposite side. It ain't all "crusty" because that was only the second time I had used the smoker/grill. Dry rub for 8 hours and finish it off with some KC masterpiece for the last hour.I ain't never seen anyone grill a piece of meat for 9 hours at temp between 210 and 230.
But hey that's ok! Fed alot of people some damn good pulled pork.
Hey lonewuff you don't like my meat then don't eat it!
LOL

It rained the whole time I was there, then as I was headed back to Copenhagen the sky cleared and it was a beautiful evening when I got there. Then I had to get on the plane to come back to Texas (damn it's hot here). I drank too much Flens beer (had a great time), my head is just now ;) clearing up.
I finished the LT tonight (except the brakes) so I'm ready to take her out for a shake down ride, just to make sure I put everything back close to where it is supposed to go.
John, Bob left one of those bags at my house for me to do the brakes but I haven't got to it yet.

Yeah, I'd do early to keep from having more characters around. Lemme know if we're a go for a brake session or mini semi-tech session repeat of the Munson Garage Day Sat morn. Crack o' dawn works for me....

If it were not so darn far down there (meaning I would have to get up early), I would just ride down there to hear Tony's new horn and find out what a "Texan's" idea of good bar-b-que is all about. But I need my beauty rest!
I have my RS mirrors on now... so I can watch those guys on the interstate a little better too!
Y'all have fun!
