I have been posting pictures, places, thoughts, and important here the experience gained on the Bike.
I started on May 23, 2007 and God willing should be back home in Florida some time in July.
In a nut shell the ride plan is like this:
Florida to Indianapolis 500, 1200 miles in 24 hours to qualify for the Saddle Sore 1000, from the Iron Butt Association.
Route 66 From Indiana to the Grand Canyon.
Las Vegas.
Pismo Beach to San Francisco.
Yosemite, Death Valley, Utah High Way 12 scenic By way.
Telluride Bluegrass Festival, Moab, Route 666 Monument Valley AZ,
Durango CO, then back Highway 50.
Mountain Home AR.
The great river road down the Mississippi to New Orleans,
Highway 10 the Santa Fe Southern Pacific,
Atlantic Highway 1 from Saint Augustine back down to Lake O.
Alligator Alley back home.
