I went ahead and ordered a GS911 with Bluetooth since I carry a Windows Mobile5 Bluetooth phone. Hopefully, I won't regret my purchase. I think I would prefer to use the laptop though, but at least this way, I have both options.

Does the blue tooth one have a USB port as well?

It says it has both Bluetooth and USB on it. I really think, in most cases, I would prefer to use the laptop with USB, but my laptop also has Bluetooth on it. Since the GS-911 is small, I could carry it on my bike and then I could always use it on the fly with my Bluetooth phone... a lot more options for me, so I decided to go ahead and get the Bluetooth version.

I am anxious to get my download login info so I can see if I can get the software to work on my phone. My phone is actually windows mobile 5, so I hope there won't be issues.

Got your curiousity up on Saturday, didn't it? Like John said, you and Herman will be everyones new best friends. I hope bluetooth works as planned.

Has Windows mobile presented any software compatibility problems for you in the past?

I upgraded my OS a few months ago. I remember installing Java on the old OS, but not on there now, so I will need to re-install it. I have read that others have been successful in getting Java midlets to run, but I am not sure that it's going to work... I will just give it a try and see. A Windows Mobile 5 pocket computer is not really the same thing as a mobile phone, so it going to be a toss-up. The GS-911 folks have a verifier to test for compatibility, but I can't even use it until I get Java on there. I think I may also have to install a midlet manager... I don't know much about Java.

What is a GS911, something you turn on the planes crash into it?
