Well I didn't talk to the person, just read the ad.
It would be a long winded sceme me thinks, :confused: to join the MOA so you can post a ad, then wait 6 weeks before it hits the press.
Sometimes you just need a certain amount of cash at a certain time, I bought my property that way, guy needed cash to start up an rec place with indoor batting cages etc. (there were none like it around)
I got 44 acres off him for 38,5 :D,
