I ordered no less than 3 HID conversion kits from CQLight.ca.

The package was delivered to General Delivery in Buffalo, NY. I was not able to retrieve the package in time, and the Post Office returned the package. USPS is trying to track the package and I have sent 4 e-mails to CQLight.ca in the past week and have had no reply from them. The phone number on their web page to report warranty claims - 1·650·669·2811 is a private number, not associated with CQlight.

I was wondering if anyone could provide me with their actual mailing address and telephone number.

Thanks in advance.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties with CQLight.ca.
I have ordered two kits from them and both times had not a single issue with anything.

Did you provide them an address in the States, or in Canada?

Hhmmn.... You're the first I've heard of having any issues like this at all. I've bought two kits from them, and have installed more than a dozen others. Not that any of this helps your situation, just stating facts.

I would again use their 'Contact Us (http://www.cqlight.ca/contact_us.php?osCsid=89abc73ef5d4f710655d406082b17232)' page and try to be patient.
