I just installed the HID H11 CQ kit on the 05' Hi beam to compliment my Ducati Designs low beams then added a set of Piaas 1100's mounted under the cowling. The Piaas are operated by an Autoswitch as Joe has recommeded and it is sweet just hold down the turn cancel switch for less than a sec and they are on the same to turn off. The Hi beam HID was a piece of cake. Just take out the bulb and install the H11 bulb then i velcrowed the ballast and igniter on top of the light housing and then just plugged in the spades to the original plug. Man do I have light! If I really want weld with my lights I may just put a H11 HID bulb in each of my H9 Halogens but they do a great job so probably just leave it like it is.
