I put 200 miles on my LT this weekend. Rode to Chattanooga, TN from Knoxville. Not a lot of miles, but I still got to enjoy the ride.

yes this was a great weekend for mileage, I went to the STC at the Ironhorse in NC and put on 800 miles on the bike starting on Thursday afternoon until this afternoon. It was a great time for riding in NC and very nice to meet so many other LT riders. Thanks to all!

Only 250 miles on the LT this weekend going who knows where, and hanging around a BMW open house, and helping my son find a car, and getting more jack oil in the old preload, and a good test ride. Awesome weather this weekend.

I did about 300 miles riding with John and Judy Bowles over to Monroe, OH to talk with the fine folks at Schoolhouse Motorcycles, the new owners of Uni-go.
Did another 100 miles today to lunch and back, in the Hocking Hills. Yes, it was a great weekend for riding. :)

'bout 200, just to test the SPIII set up and mapping (I am new to it and will be relying on it for my Europpean trip in a few weeks time)
New shocks worked very well, the bike now goes where I want it to go!
The new Xenon HID is fantastic (did most of the trip in the dark)

About 500 - rode over to Belgium, toured some old towns (well as old as they can get considering they were flattened in one or other of the world wars), and stood solemnly in the only remains of the German trenches from WW1 at Beyernwald near Ypres, where my grandfather's brother was KIA in 1915. Have to go back one day and find his entry in the Book of Remembrance in Ypres. Moving. Found out that Ghent is just another ugly city like any other, but Kortrijk and Rosen are awesome places with very friendly people. Discovered I don't like riding on long stretches of cobbles. Ate a lot of Belgian cheeses, but no chocolate!

Only rode about 170mi. The wife and I drove down to Pinehurst for lunch. Got some sun. If I could fix this seat I could have rode all day.

I got a craving for fudge Friday morning, so I rode up to Mackinaw to get some, had lunch and came back home. It was 72 degrees in Gaylord at the 45th parallel, but there were still 3 foot snow drifts on some of the shady banks of I-75.
Saturday was spent riding with friends, and yesterday, we rode up to a swap meet in Burch Run. 981 miles total since Friday 9 am.

No miles on the 07 this weekend due to cool weather 6 degrees C in Calgary and helping teach an open water diving course. Tuesday will be 17 C so hoping to ride a bit before the bike goes in for it's 1000 km service.

Guess I'm the wimp of this weekend's riders. :o
"Only" put on 96, mostly twisty miles yesterday getting rid of the chicken strips on my new tires :D
Would have been more but I spent all-day Saturday hiking in Jim Thorpe, PA and had to take others so we couldn't ride there.

A bit less than 100 quality miles with my Co Rider of 35 years. This on a 1985 GL 1200 LTD. On a side note the same co rider won the 50-50 and the membership jackpots at the chapter meeting we attended prior to the ride.
Ride safe and often.

Here in SE Minnesota, there was the annual "FLOOD RUN" - along the Mississippi River. Did the route from Rochester, MN to Winona, crossed the Mississippi to the Wisconsin side, went up to Prescott, WI and then back to Minnesota, eventually ending up in Rochester. I rode south to north on the ride, and it was a good thing. One little town of Maiden Rock, bikes were backed up about 3 - 4 miles 2-3 bikes wide, waiting to turn into town. Did this all during the afternoon. In the evening went for a couple hour ride with my wife and my son. He is a "beginner" since last year - rides a Suzuki GS500E. So.. total around 500 miles. Was a great day to be out with a few thousand other riders on the Run. A little wind (35mph) in the afternoon.
I did the rear brake pads on Thurs. One post said just to pull the pins, and can do it in 5 minutes. It was that easy, without removing the calipers.

(Sleeping in Louisana tonight...)Well, I would have done a few extra miles this weekend if a certain LD GT rider didn't leave a couple of LT riders to their own devices, and instead is visiting people from other cultures like Louisiana, Texas, California... :D But, as the man says, you gotta do what you gotta do.
