Unigo wire harness pinout?

Anyone have the pinout for the Flat wiring harness connector for a UniGo?
The DragonFly has a round 5 wire trailer plug.
I need to build an adapter cable before heading to Grapevine this weekend so I can drag the UniGo back illuminated :)

These are the wires coming from my trailer:

Yellow - left turn
Green - Right turn
Red - brake
blue - tail light
Brown - service/internal light
black - ground
white - power socket
